We’re sorry to see you go. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Please read this page carefully before submitting a deletion request.
This action is permanent
Once your account is deleted, all your data — including recordings, projects, and credits — will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Make sure to export any files you want to keep before submitting a request.
How to Delete Your Account
Follow these steps to submit your request
Send a deletion request
Email us at support@zetwal.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your Zetwal AI account.
Identity verification
We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate. You may receive a confirmation email to the address on your account.
Processing
Once verified, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Confirmation
You will receive a final confirmation email when your account deletion is complete.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, avatar)
- All recordings stored in your cloud library
- All AI-enhanced audio files
- Your project workspaces and mixes
- Your subscription and credit history
- Your saved payment methods (cards are removed from Stripe)
- Your authentication tokens and sessions
What May Be Retained
Some data may be retained where legally required:
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you
- Transaction records required by tax or financial regulations (typically 7 years)
- Records required to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes
